At Yugarit (“we,” “our,” or “us”), we are committed to upholding the highest standards of data integrity, confidentiality, and technical privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of information we collect when you visit our website, engage our engineering and cloud consulting services, or communicate with us, and describes our practices for collecting, protecting, utilizing, and disclosing that data.
This Privacy Policy applies to all interactions with Yugarit, including our website (yugarit.com), enterprise IT consulting engagements, software development projects, cloud architecture implementations, cybersecurity services, UI/UX design workflows, and related digital solutions.
By accessing our website or utilizing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the data handling practices described in this document.

As an IT and cybersecurity solutions provider, security is built into our foundational engineering practices:

You may configure your web browser to reject cookies or notify you when a cookie is placed. However, disabling cookies may impact certain interactive conveniences on our web portals.
We do not share your personal information with external parties except in the following limited circumstances:
Yugarit treats all client source code, product design blueprints, database records, and proprietary business logic with absolute confidentiality.
All development, deployment, and auditing tasks are conducted under enforceable Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). Upon project completion and account settlement, all client intellectual property is transferred in full according to individual contracts.
Yugarit maintains strict confidentiality over all internal financial data, operational expenditures, and vendor or platform costs. Where Yugarit utilises its own accounts, credentials, or payment methods to procure third-party services — including but not limited to advertising platforms, cloud infrastructure, software licences, or media buying — such financial details, spend amounts, and account information will never be disclosed to any client. This policy exists to preserve the integrity of Yugarit’s operations and to ensure equitable, unbiased service delivery across all client engagements.
Financial transparency applies exclusively in circumstances where a client directly funds a service using their own payment method and operates under a separately registered account in their own name. In such cases — for example, a client managing their own Google Ads or Meta Ads account with their own billing credentials — the expenditure and performance data associated with that account belongs to the client and may be shared or reviewed as agreed upon in the project scope.
In all other scenarios, Yugarit’s internal billing, platform accounts, and cost structures remain strictly confidential and are not subject to client audit or disclosure.
Depending on your geographic jurisdiction, you hold specific legal rights concerning your personal data:
